Privacy policy
T²C (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates this website to share information about our commercial technology construction and coordination work and to receive project inquiries. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices available to you. We collect only the information needed to respond to inquiries and operate the website.
1. Information We Collect
When you submit the project inquiry form, we collect the information you provide: full name, company, email address, project location, project type, and project description, along with an optional phone number and project timeline if you choose to include them.
This website does not include account creation or e-commerce functionality, and we do not collect payment information through it.
Our hosting, security, and email-delivery providers may automatically process limited technical information (such as IP address or browser information) as an ordinary part of operating and securing the website. This is not used by us for advertising or tracking.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information submitted through the contact form to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a potential project, and communicate with you about that project. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Service Providers
We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate this website and respond to inquiries:
Cloudflare Turnstile helps verify that form submissions come from real visitors and may process limited technical and security information to help prevent spam and abuse.
Resend is used to transmit project inquiry emails from this website to T²C.
Microsoft 365 is used to receive and manage T²C's business email, including messages generated by the contact form.
These providers process information only as necessary to provide these services and are not used by T²C for advertising or analytics.
4. Cookies / Security Technologies
This website does not currently use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels. Cloudflare Turnstile may use limited technical signals to help distinguish real visitors from automated traffic — this is a security measure, not a tracking or advertising technology.
5. Data Retention
We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, maintain business records, and meet legal or operational needs.
6. Your Choices
You may choose not to submit the contact form, or to omit optional fields such as phone number or project timeline. If you would like us to remove information you've submitted, you may contact us using the information below.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted through this website, including the use of Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent abuse and reputable third-party providers to transmit and receive inquiry emails. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Third-Party Links
This website may reference or link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The effective date below reflects the most recent update.
10. Contact
For questions about this Privacy Policy, contact T²C through the project inquiry form or the business contact information provided on this website.
