Services

The technology scope,
from plan to turnover.

T²C plans, coordinates, and delivers the physical technology work behind commercial locations — bringing infrastructure, connectivity, equipment, vendors, and onsite execution together around the project.

Project-based.

Built around the site.

01

New site
openings

Technology for a new location has to arrive in the right order. T²C coordinates the infrastructure, vendors, equipment, access, deployment, and turnover needed to bring the site online.

The goal is a location that's ready for operations — not a collection of unfinished vendor scopes.

Typical scope

  • Site review and technology requirements
  • Drawing and plan review
  • Structured cabling coordination
  • MDF / IDF and rack planning
  • ISP coordination
  • Network and Wi-Fi deployment
  • Workstation and peripheral deployment
  • Testing, punch, documentation, and turnover
02

Technology
infrastructure

The network starts with the physical site. T²C plans and coordinates the pathways, cabling, racks, terminations, labeling, testing, and supporting infrastructure that technology depends on.

Typical scope

  • Structured cabling
  • Copper data drops
  • Fiber pathways / backbone coordination
  • Racks and cabinets
  • Patch panels / cable management
  • Pathway and penetration coordination
  • Labeling and testing
  • As-built documentation / punch completion
03

Network +
Wi-Fi

T²C handles the physical deployment of commercial network infrastructure and works with the customer's IT standards, equipment, and requirements to bring the network into the space correctly.

Focused on physical deployment and project execution — not recurring network operations.

Typical scope

  • Firewall / gateway physical deployment
  • Network switches
  • Rack / patch-field deployment
  • Wireless access points
  • AP mounting and placement coordination
  • Cable patching
  • ISP handoff coordination
  • Coordination with corporate IT
04

Moves +
refreshes

Existing locations create a different problem: technology has to change without losing control of what's already there. T²C coordinates relocations, upgrades, replacements, and physical technology refreshes around the operating business.

Typical scope

  • Office / facility relocations
  • Workstation moves
  • Network equipment replacement
  • Rack cleanup / rebuild
  • Cabling additions and changes
  • Wireless refreshes
  • Cutover planning
  • Reinstallation, punch, and turnover
05

Multi-site
rollouts

When the same technology change has to happen across multiple locations, consistency becomes part of the scope. T²C helps turn a standard into a repeatable field deployment.

T²C is Texas-based and built to support projects across the state.

Typical scope

  • Site surveys
  • Standard deployment packages
  • Location scheduling
  • Field installation
  • Vendor coordination
  • Repeatable documentation
  • Site-by-site verification
  • Program-level status / punch tracking
06

Project
coordination

Sometimes the technology vendors are already selected. What's missing is someone responsible for making sure their work fits the project. T²C can coordinate the technology scope across the site, construction team, corporate IT, service providers, and specialty vendors.

Typical scope

  • Site surveys
  • Scope development
  • Requirements tracking
  • Vendor scheduling
  • Access / dependency coordination
  • Construction schedule alignment
  • Onsite technology coordination
  • Punch, documentation, and turnover

How T²C can engage

One package
or one piece of it.

01

Complete technology scope

T²C helps define and coordinate the technology work from early planning through onsite execution and turnover.

02

Defined work package

Bring T²C in for a specific portion of the project — infrastructure, network deployment, a relocation, a refresh, or another clearly defined scope.

03

Coordination layer

Keep your existing IT team and vendors in place while T²C manages the onsite dependencies, scheduling, access, and project execution between them.

Depending on the project, T²C may execute work directly, coordinate specialty contractors and vendors, or work alongside customer-selected providers.

The delivery model can change. Clear ownership of the technology scope should not.
